You know, now that you mention it, I do remember a time when I couldn’t do anything with the .MOVs I was getting, but that was short lived. It may have been right after Vegas 8 or 9 came out.

It had to be only 3-4 months. Once I upgraded QT it was fine again.

Hi Mike, I know this thread was from a significantly long time ago, however I’m finding myself with the same initial problem. I noticed that you said Vegas Pro 10 will edit these ProRes files. I’m working with Vegas Pro 10 as well, however when imported, I only get the 4 audio tracks with no video. Was wondering if you had any insight into the situation.

Tim, what version of QuickTime do you have on your machine?
