I’m setting up my Apple Mac Pro and it won’t see the Multibridge Extreme PCIe card. BM exchanged the Multibridge Extreme and still nothing. Apple ran tests and determined the computer is fine, they installed the card in another computer and that computer failed to see the Multibridge Extreme PCIe card as well. What am I doing wrong?

    Hi,

The Multibridge Extreme box needs to be connected via it’s PCI Express cable to the adapter card in your Mac Pro. The Multibridge Extreme must then be switched on before your power on your Mac Pro. The drivers need to be installed and ideally you should have the adapter card in slot 4 (top slot) of your Mac Pro.

If you have already done all that and are still facing this problem, then it would be a good idea to phone support and see if they can help. If you are in the USA, you can call our Milpitas office on 408 954 0500.
