Apple is offering refunds for FCPX
If anyone is interested apple is offering refunds, I’d rather learn it then return it (rhyme not intended). What’s chapping my a$$ is that there is STILL no response from apple, it’s been a week!!

yup. Just got mine. The cool thing is the program is still on my comp and working. Now i can actually “Beta” it and decide wether to jump back on board later. Yea, technically this pirating which im normally not a supporter of, but, hey we got screwed so i see no harm.

Interesting. I actually called Apple when I accidentally bought Aperture. I only hit Buy Now to see what credit card it was going to charge. But it started downloading! Can’t believe they still haven’t added a “this will charge your visa $” screen. Ridiculous. But they refunded my money and Aperture still works though I don’t use it. They verbally told me this was a “one time” exception. I’m guessing I wouldn’t get the same treatment for FCP X.
