Apple feedback website is now for FCPX!
I also posted this in the other FCPX forum, but I thought it be more worthwhile here. Maybe some people are skipping the other forum due to the negative tone, and people here are more concerned with learning the application.
The feedback form is now for FCPX. If you select version you can only select 10.0
