  Apple Compressor – Incorrect Pulldown Cadence

  Hello Fellow Cows,

  Today, I tried to use Compressor to take a 23.98 RGB Uncompressed clip and convert it to 29.97 Prores. I have done this dozens of times before any never had any problems. In the result clip, halfway through the cadence changes from 3:2 to 3:3 just for one cycle and then back to 3:2. So it goes from to 3:2 to 3 jitters, 3 cleans, then back to 3:2.

  Has anyone ever come across this? It’s so bizarre it makes my head spin. I tried installing Compressor on another workstation and had the same results. Crazy.
