    Hello All!

Firstly, I have searched a bit and found nothing so far for a solution to my problem thus I am hitting up
    this broad brains trust!

I am trying add 18 frames of black (or a 18 frame, silent QT movie) to the head and tail of over 120 timelines in FCP, these timelines already exist as hires QT files as well.

I know that I could just manually shift-v a copied 18 frame into all the sequences and re export
but I am reluctant to do so if client feedback wants it changed.

Q1: As it is possible to fade up from black over a specified time, is it possible to add black frames in Apple Compressor?

Q2: Does anyone know to automate a similar process with QTPRO or similar?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Nick.
