Apple Color community gone from Apple site
Saw a tweet from Patrick Inhofer so I thought I’d look for myself and sure enough, the Apple Color forum is not in the Apple Community section any longer. No clue if this means the app is gone or possibly rolled into another app.

Wow, I loved Color, though it could have a few tweaks in a few areas, but as a whole I got some really nice stuff out of it and I really enjoyed working with it. I hope Color isn’t disappearing, that would make me a little sad.

Nope. Still there. Apple changed the forum format a few weeks ago, rolled all categories into one. You can click on the “refine list” option to see each category narrowed down.

Thanks Shane. Crappy way to do it, but that’s why we love the Cow.
Of course that portends that we’ll see a new slate of Brand X Communities soon.

I used to go the Support.Apple.com forums frequently but since the redesign I’ve only gone once ’cause it’s a royal PITA now.

Why on earth did anyone ever green light the new look?
