We use this software and it’s amazing but now that apple has it it will prob be 1000$!
This is really the final part in the arsenal for apple as this gives them a way in a Unity system Discreet systems and can transcode all the files from unity to xsan in the background.
This company has an API for most things

its really interesting to here any info from someone who actually owns and uses this software 🙂
do you know if the proximity software can facilitate shareing media with GVG’s K2 servers?

I’m not sure on the K2 servers
I don’t think GVG have changed the codecs for these only made them more stackable in terms of drives, a bit like Omneon.
But it does work with Profiles as it’s used with them here
