app for reviewing work in progress
hi:
I am looking for an app that allows supervisors or clients to review work in progress. I would like the app to import a .mov and then be able to paint over the footage with a pen, add text notes and the like. then export and send back.
Adobe clip notes doenst allow painting so it is not an option.
I want this to be a separate app since clients or remote collaborators dont always have after effects.
What are you using for this?

Might look at the higher end storyboard applications? You should be able to use the annotation and drawing features over just about any video.
