Anyway to deactivate without access to computer?
Hey all,
My Mac’s HD died on me and I don’t have time to do repairs. I purchased a Macbook Pro to get my rough cut done but I obviously can’t deactivate my Symphony without access to my dead computer. I have all my serials but is there a way to deactivate and install Symphony without access to my old Mac? Thanks for any help.

I think you can do it online too but call this number 1 (800) 800-2843 (avid support) and I believe it’s option two followed by option two. You’ll need your system I’d and activation code.
