  Anyway to change F4V presents?

  I have Encore CS5 and wish to play with the output settings of the f4v to see if I can achieve any better quality than what the default presets are. The project is in SD 4×3 and sadly interlaced. Is there a way to go into the presets of either the flv or f4v and adjust it? I know you can for both the DVD and BD.
