Anyone used a Metabones (Mark i) on the A7s?
I have an old Metabones EF to E-mount (the one with the rectangle opening in the centre), and am wondering if it will work with the A7s?
I emailed support at Metabones and was told it will work with a firmware update, but I’m still wondering if there will be any vignetting or other issues with the smaller rectangle opening of the Mark i on the A7s full frame sensor? When I asked the guy at Metabones, he gave me a link to kenrockwell.com, which I’m not sure what to do with.
Hoping someone has tried this combination and can confirm it will work.

Someone from Metabones got back to me, and it will not work with the A7S’ full frame. Case closed.
