  • Anyone seeing color differences with AE2017 Avid codecs?

    Hi,
When I render full frame video with the new Avid codecs (DNxHR/DNxHD), the color seems to match fine. However, if I composite a tinted box (with some transparency) over footage and try to render the box itself (to composite later), with alpha, when I bring it back in and overlay it over the footage, the color gets darker.
If I render it with the animation codec, it is much brighter, but I still see a shift from the original. (The layer blending mode is Normal, the alpha is being rendered as straight.)
Has anyone found a good way to keep the color consistent?
    Thanks!
    Jenny

Avid codec used DNxHR/DNxHD; resolution DNxHR HQX 10 bit and also same w DNxHD HQX 10 bit.
