    I have a powerpoint presentation that someone wants to record a soundtrack to and output to video for DVD. Does anyone know how to outpt from Powerpoint to a Video useable format? This is probably not the forum for this question, but I don’t know where else to post it.

    thanks.

    I don’t do much with Powerpoint but under the file menu within the program there is a make movie… option. There are a bunch of settings to choose how you want it to export. I am working on a Macintosh using the lastest version of Office so I can’t imagine why it would be much different if you are on a PC.

    Your main options are:

    * Camtasia Studio (www.techsmith.com)
    * Microsoft Producer (free download from Microsoft)
    * Articulate Presenter (www.articulate.com, creates Flash with embedded audio and video).

    There are a few others, but I believe those are the best.

    Good luck,

    There are many way for you to convert your PowerPoint to video
    I often use these two methods:
    1. You can input your pictures into Windows Movie Maker. Insert some background music then you can make a video.
    2. If you are good at PowerPoint, You can add animations and sounds in your PowerPoint, you can also add some review in your picture, that is wonderful.
    Then you should convert your PowerPoint to video.
    But how to convert it to video?
    A, use PPT to Video. https://ppt-to-dvd.com/ppt-to-video-overview.html. Import your PowerPoint presentation in it then output the video. The format include to MPEG, AVI, MP4, WMV, MOV, 3GP
    B, use PPT to YouTube https://ppt-to-dvd.com/powerpoint-to-youtube-overview.html with this convertor, you can upload your PowerPoint presentation to YouTube.
    C, use PPT2DVD https://ppt-to-dvd.com/ppt2dvd/overview.html
    This converter can convert the PowerPoint and then you can view your Presentation on DVD!
