Anyone know how to do this animation technique?
Hi guys,
I’m not sure what this technique is called (if anything), but it’s shown here:

I’m interested in doing something similar. I have some vector art and I’m assuming I need to “stagger” the outlines and alternate quickly between the different layers to achieve this animated “stuttery” look. I realize that the background is changing as well (which I can handle). But I’m interested in achieving the look on the lines of the character artwork itself.
Anyone have any suggestions on how best to achieve this look? Is there a plug-in I can purchase to get a similar motion?
