(Sorry if this is in the wrong forum. I couldn’t find one for accessories so I figured this was best.)

I’m logging a lot of video footage and interviews, and I’m thinking of springing for a foot pedal to use to control the movie files as I watch them. It’ll save a lot of time.

Anyone use a food pedal when transcribing or logging on their computer? Anyone have one they like? I’m using a mac book pro. There’s oddly not too much about this stuff in the usual forums I look at for such advice, so I figured I’d see if anyone here has a recommendation or a warning about any product.

Musicians, audio recorders, and midi editors use them a lot of the time. Ask them. If you bring home an electrically right, mechanically wrong item from the guitar store just take it to your cellar workshop and turn it into what you need.

CPC Captions make closed captioning software (as well as a service to do it for you.)

    They suggest vpedal
