Anyone experiencing gamma shift?
Hi everyone!
I have rendered a file(prores422HQ to prores422HQ) without any correction on resolve Mac. And when played both clips on quicktime player, they look different from each other. The rendered clip is considerably darker. I was just wondering if anyone having the same issue.Regards:)

If your Quicktime player gives you preferences see if there is an option in there for using Final Cut Pro gamma, this would be a checkbox.

QuickTime Player Ver. 10 deos not have a control over such a thing, however two clips look same on both Resolve and FCP. Maybe it’s a QuickTime Player only problem… -
I never use QT player X. Install version 7 (it’s still there).
