Im trying to create an online virtual tour. I like this idea, but not exactly sure what or how they did it. I dont think its difficult, I just need to be pointed in the right direction. Thanks in advance!!

Its basically produced like an on-line “video game.”
The web is loaded with these kind of interactive sites.
Many are for feature films.Check this one-

The Freedon of the Seas site is done in Flash 8. The spokesperson is keyed over the large background using the On2VP6 codec which allows use of alpha channels in Flash. If you look closely you’ll see how the spokesperson is a loop as she waits for a response. For more detailed answers to your questions check out the Flash forum on the Cow.
