Anybody know how to ingest from Nikon D610?
Got on on loan for the weekend to shoot some video… but FCPX won’t take (not PR CS6) – anybody know how to do this??

It records in simple H.264, so why is it a problem. What are you trying to import from, the camera directly or from the card? You’ll want to import from the card. You should even be able to simply copy the card to disk and import from there if all else failed. Either way “doesn’t work” isn’t much of an error description to work with.

I was in a bit of crisis mode… the transfer from the card works great. Thanks! When I searched the web, all I saw as programs that rewrap into PR.

I know!! It’s totally bizarre! You can substitute the camera brand and model for ANYTHING and you’ll get the exact same pages, just with a different camera description. Someone has come up with some sort of very clever way of redirecting ANY such searches to their utterly BOGUS app page…
