Anybody has “checking licenses” problem on 8.2 (full) ?
I have a bug which prevents me from running resolve second time without comp reboot. Stuck on “Checking licenses and needs force quit and reboot to start again. OS X 10.7.3

I’ve been having the same issue, except it never gets past ‘checking licenses’ regardless of reboot, replugging the dongle in, reinstalling, etc. Did you find a solution?

Yes. Like Margus previously noticed – it was bad usb in my case. Put the dongle into another usb or remove other usb devices – they could take too much power. Or it could be bad dongle?
