    Hey guys,
I’m getting ready to deliver a project to the studio and need to deliver a shot log with the editing clip (name of shot, length, from timecode to timecode). Is there any way for Premiere Pro to spit out a text file (or Excel or something) with all that information or is there a secondary program that give me that info? As often as I have to do this, it seems weird that there isn’t something widely available to generate a shot log from an edit (or hopefully there is and I just don’t know about it).

I’m running 5.5 on a Mac Pro if that makes a difference.

Thanks for any and all help in advance.

    Hi there Cliff,

Did you ever find out how to export a shot log from Premier? I’m up against the wall with a delivery tomorrow and there are hundreds of shots to log.

Thanks for any advice you can grant in advance,

    Jamal …

Do you need an EDL? (From timeline)

Do you need a batch capture list?…

    Define shot log.
