There’s a scipt that came out for CS3 that would do it. It should still work.

I was getting really frustrated about this as well, and a script solution sounded clunky. Luckily I kept searching and found Aharon Rabinowitz’s tutorial here:

The file location has changed since then, but a simple search for “After Effects Shortcuts” in the windows toolbar found it for me.

For the record, I wanted to change the easing shortcuts to something I could access without looking down at the keyboard — moved them to 1,2,3 on the num pad, much better.
