  • Any ideas on how to do the effect “getting sucked into computer monitor” on first-person view

I’m trying to simulate a first-person POV; I put my camera filming my computer monitor as if I am using the computer and at one point I wanna make the effect I got sucked into the cyber world. You know, like strikingly bright light comes shooting out of the screen and vortex happens and takes me into the cyber world. How to achieve this fx? What fx(s) do I need to use?

There are dozens of possible ways to achieve this depending on how you want it to look.
If you have Trapcode’s Shine, you could use this in conjunction with some distortion effects to make the light shine and then twist into a vortex.
