Any fab ideas about how to do a simple audio task I just can’t figure out!!!
Hi.
I have cut on fcp, avid, and now Premiere.
It’s all good, I’m loving this software. But…
For the life of me figure out an easy way to manage some of my audio editing desires. Here’s what I mean.
I’m cutting off tapeless files with 4 audio tracks and laying them all up in my cut. Mostly to provide maximum audio flexibility for the sound engineer when it comes to sound post.
But for me in the mean time, I want them sitting there, quiet as a mouse.
So what i would usually do in fcp would be to unlink these two tracks, mark in and out and pull down all tracks required. Or is that in Avid. Gee they can blur into one some times.
Anyway, I can unlink all these tracks to mix the gain down, but then I can’t relink them all together quickly, but have to do it one by one.Can ya see what I mean. Please reply with a super simple solution that will make me look stupid, but put a stupid smile on my face.
Cheers fellow Premiere Pros.
