    Hi,

I wondered if anyone knew if there’s any benefit to changing my sequence settings from 16 bit to 24 bit if all my audio clips were originally recorded at 16 bit? Any problem switching those sequence settings from 16 to 24 in the middle of a project edit?

    Thanks,
    Matt

There will be no difference. Just like with AVCHD to Pro Res…making a bigger space won’t make the information in it suddenly better. Only switch to 24 bit if a delivery requires 24 bit. Nothing will improve.
