  Any Avid Users who use Premier CS 5.5

  Hi, I am looking for an alternative to FCP now FCPx has screwed everything up. Currently I am giving Avid a go but also intend to try Premier. Was wondering if there was anyone who knew both well. I realize Avid is used more in Broadcast and integration between the Abode products is better but what else do Avid users find missing from Premier?

  Ive only been using avid for a short time but there are already things I really like not available in FCP.

  I love the Timeline focus change which enables you to effectively toggle between two versions of the timeline which are set up differently (i.e. one zoomed in with waveforms on and one zoomed out to see whole project.

  I also like the fact that you can display the clip in the left source window in the timeline so you have a very large are to scrub and you can.

  What else does Avid do that Premier does not or via siversa?
