    Hey gang…

A little while back someone in a forum was discussing another company that made batteries that had Anton-Bauer goldmounts… but they were a bit lighter (and cheaper) than the usual A-B bricks.

I looked at the company’s website, thought they looked good, and thought I bookmarked it.

    Apparently I didn’t.

Now, for the life of me I can’t remember who/where they were, and I’ve searched through the forums and can’t seem to find it.

    Anyone recall this?

IDX makes batteries with a v-mount, but they have an adapter plate. https://www.idxtek.com/products/

    Thanks, John…

Those look quite similar, but are not exactly the batts I was looking at before. The one’s that I was looking at did have native goldmounts (or V-mounts, you could choose).

Grrrr… I know they are here somewhere on the COW, just can’t find ’em.

Just in case someone from Europe is interested in the same, visit Beillen eShop to see a list of Anton Bauer type Li-ion batteries.

These go from 65 to 190Wh, and are compatible with cameras using a Gold Mount camera plate.

The US counterpart of the Beillen eShop is https://www.beillen.tv
