    Hi,

this should be very straight forward.
I have a a material with different Maps (color, specular, normal, and displacement) and want to add an alpha channel.

I used the original color map that had an alpha channel as well as a black and white image, but both give me a thin black line on the top of the plane, where the material is applied to (see image attached)

    What am i missing?
    thank you

it usually means there is a white line at the top of your alpha (or it was antialiased) try zooming way in in PS and make sure the very top really is black (and if not make it black)
