When I’m in the trimmer previewing the source video and I set the IN point, then keep playing until I reach the desired OUT point, as soon as I press the O key the cursor goes back to the IN point. Is there a way to avoid this. I want the cursor to stay at the OUT point. Also, is there a key or shortcut to go to the IN and the OUT points in the trimmer?

    Thanks,

I belive this is a symptom of turning on the “Collapse Loop Region” in the options. I like that option turned on but, consequently, “I” and “O” don’t work for me in the trimmer.

What do you use instead of I and O?

I typically don’t use the trimmer. If I do, I manually create the region using the mouse.
