Its one of the stranger glitches to have happened to me. I purged the memory cleaned the disk cache, restarted after effects, restarted the computer, and i tried rendering png sequences and I tried rendering straight to video and straight to video through media encoder. ..Nothing has helped. The camera just stops moving through the scene as though someone freeze framed it…but i have 50 layers…freeze frame would not work like that…Its at the very end too…it is good enough to pass at least so Im not in a bind…its just annoying

Have you looked at the cameras keyframes to see if you accidentally have two right next to each other?

Some keyframes right next to each other could indeed be the problem.

I know this seems obvious but… another thing I can think of
and I fell for multiple times would be the camera layer being not long enough.
If its cut off early the cam just stops but most of the time the perspective
also changes and you only have a freeze frame.

Also I dont know what happens if you have a pre-comp with collapse transformation
turned on and there is another camera inside maybe there might be some conflict.
