    Hi there,
Some weeks ago I posted a question about how to create a hovering animation between fingers, like Jay-Z has in the HP ad. I know this one is created using 3d software. But my goal is to create someting like it in AE, to push AE more to it’s limits.
I’ve tried this using corner pin and cc power pin, but that mashes up the animation. It should look somewhat like this.
The thing is that the animation-comp needs to kinda rotate, so that it looks like it hovers between my fingers. And it should be connected to my fingertips, in some way… Is there a way to get this done without meshing up the animation-comp? I guess expressions a needed to create the rotation-thing?
    Help needed! Thanks in advance!

I could be wrong… or , don’t quite understand… but, I think the reason your picture “squashes” up is because it is a 2D picture… no other reason.

When you rotate 2D pictures you see it for what it is… a 2D picture… there is no depth.
