    Hello,
    i want to know how to import a walk cycle of a character i’ve made in photoshop and play it in after effect without having any white bkg
    blended with the character or changes in the position of any frame of the character

    i don’t know much about alpha channels and how to use them the right way? maybe if you could describe a little, but what i’ve found is to import the photoshop files as a sequence and it worked!

    Fadi,

    When you’re working with the layers in Photoshop, just make sure that it has no background layer and that everything is transparent other than you character. You should see a checkerboard pattern around your character in PS, signifying transparency.
