  Animation codec GFX + alpha loses transparency w/ c.corrector filter

  Howdy Cowpokes,

  I have a QT movie in animation codec with an alpha. The graphic covers only part of the screen and is meant to be seen with video underneath it. When I apply the color corrector filter on the GFX movie, it loses its ability to show the video layer that is underneath it. Diabling the filter shows the two layers as expected. Why can I not a apply a color correct filter to an animation codec movie and retain its alpha?
