animating still
Hello,
I hope this finds you well. I tried to animate a still by using the turbulent effect. I did all the right things, I hope, key-gramed the start frame of the still, then parked on the last frame and changed the settings of the effect. The effect distorted close to what I was looking for but the image did not animate, maintaining the same level of distortion from start to end.
Any suggestions?

I would guess you might not have animated the motion. Just a guess.
