    CC Hair has always come with AE, but the only thing I have ever used it for was grass. “Natural” hair movement might not be a possibility, since that implies gravity, weight, density, and wind, but it would be worth trying, since the plugin is part of the standard install. Here’s a really good tutorial from VideoCopilot to give you some ideas – although he’s going for grass:

    Thank you very much, I’ll check it out! I was looking for a tut on trapcode where I believe you can add an image (in my case, a thick strand of hair) and it can be multiplied in trap… and there I can use the availability of the gravity, weight, density, and wind… Searching and researching that.
