I have to create a chart with arrows that animate in a cycling way. I could take a regular arrow and apply motion tile so it keeps repeating itself going in a certain direction then applying a soft mask to bracket it.

However I’m thinking it might look better to use chevron arrows. (sample attached) I did some masks on that to bracket it’s length but it looks pretty fake. It’s hard to describe what I’m looking for… maybe as one chevron reaches the end of its area that leading chevron (object) fades and the once behind it follow suit as they reach the end of the line. I imagine there is a font character that looks like this and I could better achieve this with text animation, best route.? I’m just starting, ideas welcome.

Thanks for any help in advance,

    Paul

p.s. somehow I associate cycling chevron arrows with weather maps, it’s not what I’m doing but the reference might help picture this
