Animating an AI file
I have seen those swirling vector-based organic art patterns animated in motion and after effects and I am wondering how it is done? Anyone have reference to a good tutorial?

In Motion, go to Library, Content, Drawings.
There you will find access to a lot of them.Check out my DVD Money Making Graphics & Effects for Final Cut Studio 2

They are paint strokes set to Airbrush so you can adjust the width in certain parts of the stroke. A Write On behavior is added to give it the drawing on effect. Import one and study it. Hope this helps.
