Animating a pattern brush in After Effects?
I’ve got a pattern brush that I made in Illustrator that is a tire track. I’m interested in trying to figure out how to make a motion graphic in AE, where the camera follows the flying tire track as it draws along a path, or something like that. Is it possible to use the pattern brush from Illustrator, or is there another route to take to achieve this effect?

One way might be to create an illustrator file with your tire tracks on one layer and import that into AE and just use masks to reveal the tracks as the camera flies over them. Just a thought…
