Animating a fine horizontal white line – to travel up the screen ?
I’ve never attempted at animating anything in AE, and Im just trying to replicate an effect on the TV when you pull the aerial out and poke it in and out [oo err].
I get these cool flickers of white lines, that randomly move up the screen. -

I’d check out the “Creating the old TV signal look” tutorial that Aharon did. You can find it in the After Effects podcast tutorials.
