animated presets (how to retain only certain aspects)
I have a simple animation animates in from the left. When I save this as a preset, it also retains the y-value of the animation, which I don’t want. Is there a way around this?

Yes, if you right-click the “position” property and choose “separate dimensions” it will create separate x and y properties. You can just animate the x property that way and also save it as a preset without including the y property.
