animated or cartoon look
Are their any plug-ins or other way to alter your footage to look like it is a cartoon or give it an animation look. I know their is something in photoshop that will give it the look of a painting. Thanks in advance for your help.

I have seen some example pictures of video changed to comic bbok look and this is what I am trying to do.
