  • Animated OBJ disappears by adding a texture map?!

    Hey Guys! ?

I’m facing an issue that drives me crazy.
I animated in AE CS6 a scene with Element 3D 1.6.0 where cupcakes fly and swirl around.
I added the diffuse texture in a later step. Everything is working out except some separate cakes, I animated in a different way.
Usually I animated the group but for 2-3 cakes I chose to animate their position and rotation with “world-transform”. They are following a motion path and whenever I add the diffuse texture map, they disappear in my comp! I checked if it has something to do with the opacity but it doesn’t.

Does anybody of you have an idea what the problem could be?

    Thanks a lot in advance!

    E D I T :

I just realised it’s because of a light in the comp that I used as an emitter for bubbly particles to follow the cake.
Still not sure how to fix it… Gonna try and keep my post updated!
