    Hi there

I’m trying to create an animated number to show a large number of vehicle crossings on a particular road. The number is a huge 4,101,160 representing the amount of crossings in one particular month!

I have found a tutorial on animating a much smaller number using a slider and expression but the slider won’t allow me to put the exact figure I want to represent. Does anyone know a way I can achieve this figure to animate from 0 – 4,101,160 to include the commas also to break up the number?

I know this is a very large number and it will have to be animated super fast! Any suggestions please?

    Cheers

    Scott

Slider Control value can only go to 1,000,000 max.

Just use point control and use the expression effect(“Point Control”)(“Point”)[0] in your source text. (Just incase [0] refers to the x value, so change this number to animate)

This can go passed 1,000,000 and to the value you require.
