Tried searching here and google, and couldn’t quite find the tutorial I’m looking for.

Here’s what I’m trying to do.
Take a flat map (psd document) and have the perspective/camera angle change so the camera starts out wide and far, and the it starts coming at it from an angle similar to the way a plane is coming in for a landing, at the same time that it’s zooming in closer to the destination.

I know I’ve seen similar kind of map movement on weather channels (this isn’t for weather, it’s for geography for an educational video for kids).

I’ve got the camera doing *sort of* what I want it to do, but having trouble controlling all the x y z orientations the way I want. And I thought there might be a tutorial that could help me out.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks very much,

    Dan S.
