Animate head lights/tail lights on image
So, I do lyric videos. To give my videos more “pop”, I do my best to animate the background images. Recently, I came across this image:
I’m curious as to how I can animate the headlights to make it seem like they are in motion. Any techniques on how to accomplish this?

There are many ways to do this. This is one of the dirt cheap and easy ways. Don’t be afraid to explore the possibilities of your MVP. This one was made in less than 5 minutes by applying a mask to 2 of the 3 same video tracks and adding the TV Looks effect.
