Animate a trace line around an object
I have an aerial image of a skyline and I want to animate a line to trace around a particular building. What is the easiest way of doing this?

Trace a mask around the buildings you want to animate then add the effect Generate > Stroke and set it’s Paint Style to “On Original Image”. Keyframe the end point.
