What I mean is animate whereas at a specific frame it would fill (as this example) a circle with a color ?

I’d like to animate a fill as in if you animate a circle with a color but not filling it as like pouring a glass of water but the color just appears on a frame.

a quick way to do this would be to put drop in the fill, then add in Color Balance (HLS) and rotate the hue over time. I use this technique all the time to get that effect of rapid, interpolated color changes, plus you can mess with the lightness and saturation as well! have fun! 🙂
