Hey all, I’ve been modeling in C4D for quite sometime but just now doing more with the animation side of things. Here’s my issue, I’m using collider tags to animate a basketball bouncing in, but it just keeps rolling across, I want it to slowly come to a stop. What should I keyframe in my dynamic body tag for this to occur? Thanks!

The two most important parameters are going to be Dynamics>Angular Velocity Threshold and Force>Angular Damping.

I would set these higher from the beginning rather than trying to keyframe them. Try something like 20 degrees and 30% respectively.

How much friction do you have on your object and on the floor it’s touching?

30 on the floor, 395 on the ball
