Wondering if anyone could guide me to a good rescource on removing limbs in after effects. I’m familiar with chroma keys but am worried about finishing/cloning the ends of limbs and tracking its motion.

The technique is the same, the example was done in commotion, but the technique is exactly the same.

If its a static shot its easy. Film one shot with just the scene, no actors. Then without moving the camera have the actors come in and shoot the second scene. Lay the clip with actors above the clip with no actors (set the opacity on both till it looks right). Now just mask out where the person would have lost a limb.
