Amorkiir – Songbird (Element 3D, After Effects)
Hey all,
Just wanted to share a project I’ve been working on the past few months. I keyed myself and composed myself into a 3D scene inside After Effects using Element 3D.
I was inspired to step outside the box and try something different. I hope you all dig. A lot of love went into this..

Nice work! Any idea how much time you needed to complete this?
One small remark: your feet need to cast a bit of shadow on the floor. It feels that you have your legs pulled up, rather then resting on the floor. -
Thanks! Hard to say, it was off and on. Give or take a month?
Some of the 3D models were stuff I made or purchased in the past that I ended up reusing. The most time consuming part was rotoscoping multiple bird footage (Keying it was hit or miss), and time revamping to make it match the audio.Luckily Everything in Element3D is real time, I just got to drop in the assets, mess with the camera, color correct / color grade and call it a day. 🙂
